Information on Vince Carter
Vince Carter is known for his amazing dunks, and his rookie of the year title. But there is other stuff to know about this N.B.A superstar. For his Rookie year he not only lead the Toronto Raptors, but led all of his fellow rookies in Blocks, Steals, Scoring, and shots. He was also placed 3rd for assists. The most points he has scored in one game is 32 points against the Houston Rockets. This was an exhibition game. The most points scored in a regular season game is 29 against the Indiana Pacers. Vince also enjoys other practices such as music. He plays the Saxophone and Drums and did both in his High School band. He has also contributed to the world by founding "The Embassy of hope" foundation, and a good will ambassador for "Big Brothers of America." His career started in the N.B.A when he was picked 5th by the Golden State Warriors. He was immediately traded for his friend Antawn Jamison. Vince Also played in College for the North Carolina Tar Heels, and was but in the N.B.A draft early. Little did he know that he would soon be the new rookie sensation, for the 1998/1999 season!
